It's a nice place for breakfast but i had to ask the cashier a couple questions about the lunch menu and she didn't seem to understand the question do the lunch sandwiches come with a side. I left and will not return. Don't have people at cashier who can't answer basic menu questions.

Update: service has been a little better recently, so I'll give this place a three. Although, just fyi, don’t even think about eating here within half an hour of close. They ALWAYS close early. I am a regular customer of this shop, and have been for a long time. Things that would never happen under old management—no iced tea and none being made, milk containers empty, no napkins, dirty tables, gift cards that don’t work, sandwiches made incorrectly, sandwiches made but left sitting behind the counter, surly counter staff (one in particular)—are a routine part of daily business. It was going to be 3 stars, because in spite of the poor service, the product has never suffered, but we opened our takeaway bagel bag today to find the bagel charred. To the degree where you can’t just “not notice”, you just have to put it in the bag and hope no one notices until they’re too far away to complain about it. Google reviews doesn’t allow you to post pictures from mobile, that I can see, but I have several.

Ordered the steak and egg sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar bagel... It was amazingness! They do not skimp on the sandwich fillings and the bagels are always fresh!

Everything bagel with (microwaved) bacon egg and cheese-not edible AT ALL-the bagel had so many rocks of salt you could barely chew without hurting your teeth let alone taste anything but copious amounts of salt. I cringe thinking about how gross that bagel was. Avoid this place.
